extra clothing ... damn la ... i can't swim ... only can sit aside and see the senior and play ... btw, i went with my Aikido members ... haha .... we have a lot of fun there ... i see them play Aikido at the seaside ... the attacker when into the water .... is so funny ... hahah .... we play poke cards and balls ... my frend, joanna, iris who is my senior, and mii when to ride cycle ... but we only ride for an hour ... sad sia ... i wish to ride more ... i went to buy coffee half way back the road ... after that we went to vivo city about six to seven plus .... haha ... we went there to eat our dinner ... the next day i woke up ... i found that my shoulder is damn pain ... and that is sunburn ... ... damn la ... so pain cannot wear sleeve tee ... cannot carry bags ... but now a little bit can but still pain .... hhaah ... that is wat life is for ... life sux ...
